Everyday our Chef grills, roasts, steams and pan fries the freshest vegetables to prepare a new salad of the day. We make healthy, tasty and fresh salads that are great on their own or as an excellent accompaniment to our other items as a side salad when catering for large groups.


SALAD OF THE DAY: Lily Loves George’s most requested salad. A selection of seasonal fresh and roasted vegetables served alongside israeli cous cous, quinoa, pearl barley, freekeh or black rice with mixed leaves and fetta or goats cheese. We are able to provide gluten free and vegan options upon request. A light white balsamic and olive oil dressing is served on the side. $85.00 Per Platter.

GARDEN SALAD: Mixed leaves, thinly sliced red onion, carrot, fennel, tomato and cucumber with a white balsamic and olive oil dressing on the side. $50.00 per platter.


CAPRESE SALAD: Tomato slices, bocconcini, fresh basil leaves, pesto dressing on a bed of spinach. $85.00 per platter.
